How refunds are handled for Arc Raiders boosting and coin farming orders.

Because this service sells time and in‑game progression, refunds are limited once a booster has started working on your order. Please review the descriptions carefully and ensure you understand what you are purchasing before you pay.

2. Refunds before work starts

If you request a cancellation before work on your order has begun, a full or partial refund may be provided at the site owner's discretion, minus any non‑recoverable payment processing fees.

3. Refunds after work has started

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available except where the service cannot reasonably be completed (for example, due to a long‑term game outage or if the order was clearly impossible given the described conditions). Partial refunds may be considered based on progress.

4. In‑game bans or penalties

No refunds are given solely because your game account receives an in‑game penalty or ban related to this type of service, as this risk is disclosed and accepted when you place an order.
